They provide free meals, monthly food distribution, neighborhood improvement, and senior citizen social activities.   Bossier And Caddo Parish Food Stamp Program The Bossier and Caddo Parish Food Stamp Programs, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and LaCAP, provide monthly benefits to low-income households and Louisiana residents at least 60 years old to assist in a portion of their food budget, respectfully.
