🎃 2024 Fall Festival at DixieMaze Farms 🎃

 Enjoy corn mazes, pumpkin patches, haunted attractions, murdery mystery dinners & more! That fall chill is in the air which means that it's time for the 2024 Fall Festival at DixieMaze Farms, y'all!  I don't know about you guys, but I cannot WAIT to head out to the farm with the kids for a breath of fresh air. I want to go get lost in their corn field, watch the kids jump in their jumpy-thing, root for my favorite piggy in the piggy races and just enjoy the beautiful fall day! There is SO much to do out there, I could easily spend the entire day AND evening out there.  If you have older kids, you CAN literally do exactly that on Fridays and Saturday nights with their Murder Mystery Dinners for us adults AND their Haunted Attraction features for the older kiddos!  How much fun can one place provide? 🎈2024 Red River Balloon Rally w/ the Bossier City Farmers Market

  The 2024 Red River Balloon Rally returns Friday and Saturday July 12th and 13th from 5PM-10PM.  Look for the huge indoor air conditioned vendor room as well as lots of local food trucks.  Brought to you by the Bossier City Farmers Market and InstaGraham Events. Air conditioned shopping and balloon viewing fun! We will have 60+ local vendors  and makers there with all kinds of unique finds for you and your family.  Look for market goods, honey, soap, jewelry, clothing, jams and jellies, loads of baked goods, local businesses, giveaways, leather goods, textiles, artists, and more. This is not only a great resource provided to the community but it's a wonderful time for children to learn great social skills and morals, meet new friends, and have tons of fun.  Many Vacation Bible Schools run during the morning hours or in the evening. Kids BOWL FREE ALL Summer Long! Sign-up NOW For Kids Ages 2-16 in Our Shreveport Bossier City Bowling Alleys

It has surprised me how many people didn't know about the Kids Bowl Free program, so I wanted to share it again. Each summer local bowling alleys around the country offer free bowling for kids.   This is a great way to keep the kiddos active AND keep parents from dealing with the "I'm bored" issues.   Bowling is not only fun but it is a perfect way to get exercise in without even realizing it. Kids ages 2 years old to 15 years old can bowl 2 free games per day.  ALL that you have to pay is for shoe rental and any snacks they may need. There is even a shoe rental pass available for $20 that your child could easily use all summer long!   We have several local bowling alleys in the area. One is  Holiday Lanes in Bossier , and it is ALWAYS fun for a visit!  The facilities are always clean, the snacks at the snack bar are priced great and they're tasty. Hurry ...
